Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all tags attached. Custom or personalized items and gift cards are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to download and print. Return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items are covered by us. For returns due to customer error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Accepted for incorrect, damaged, or not as described items, and for size or color changes (excluding sale and custom items). Contact us to request a prepaid return label. Send back the item, and once received and inspected, a replacement will be sent.

Refunds

Processed within 2 business days after receiving the return. It may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Partial refunds may apply for used items or items not in original condition.
